WS300 Analysis Station:

If until now, the grape sampling and analysis systems were separate instruments from the rest of the winery, the implementation of new technologies for oenological analysis, data management and experiences in the field, further improve the new systems analysis for the wine sector. Relco Instruments has developed a new family of analysis stations, of which the WS300 station is the spearhead.

By means of an industrial PC -optional or standard depending on the version- it is possible to store and treat the different analysis parameters such as: grape variety, producer, wine-growing area, harvest year, etc.

The investment in this type of analysis station is quickly recovered in the form of better management and efficiency in relation to better quality and traceability for the product.

The design of the machine is based on a new computerized hardware architecture, endowed with great features and reliability, so there is the possibility of customizing its different functions. The modularity of the station allows it to be adapted to the needs of each client and to implement other analytical characteristics in the future

A graphical interface based on a 320x240 touch screen LCD, combined with an additional 8 ”color screen (industrial PC) allows managing and displaying the following parameters:

-Sugar grade

-pH

Total acidity

Color parameters (Anthocyanins - Spectrum)

WP300 Analysis System:

The WP300 analysis system is our exclusive system for measuring sugar degree and pH, installed directly on the sampling probe. With the WP300 analysis system, the need to transport the sample, obtained from the sampling probe, to the different available analysis systems disappears, thus eliminating the need to store the sample remains obtained in the analyzes. The time for evaluating the sample is practically reduced to the system's activation time, with a total reduction of 40% of the analysis time required for traditional measurement systems. The system consists of the analysis unit, placed directly on the sampling probe and, by a computerized management unit placed in the sampling column or in a nearby place. An advanced cleaning system removes any contamination between the various analysis stages. The system is designed and built to meet some essential requirements:

WS30 Analysis Station:

The WS30 station is the concentration of our most modern Know-How in the field of analysis, achieving a station with all the possible features in a compact size. Maintaining all the performance, reliability and precision of its older brothers, the WS 30 station takes advantage of its simplicity and easy handling, to make this system the best solution for small cellars or special production lines. Using a specific TS25 sample transfer system it can be coupled to WT sampling systems. It works fully automatically or manually. It is possible to connect the system, to collect or print the analysis data, to a PC or printer.

Grape Sampling Arm WT300:

The WT300 sampling system allows us to sample the grapes, by means of an endless sampling probe, in all the parts and layers of the trailer, obtaining in a fast and efficient way, a representative and homogeneous sample. The WT300 system offers us robustness, ease of use and is fully prepared for outdoor operation. Its installation is simple, it needs very little maintenance, it guarantees us speed in sampling and a fully representative sample. It is available in 2 versions: WT300-2 equipped with a hydraulic extension and a four-position adjustable manual extension and WT300-3 equipped with two hydraulic extensions and a four-position adjustable manual extension. The wide operating range of the telescopic arm allows us to reach any point of the containers used to transport the grapes, as well as allowing us versatility in the waiting position of the trailer. The electronic management of the system allows us a remarkable fluidity in the movements, totally eliminating the sudden movements of the crane. The system can be controlled from the electronic distributor, with the controls installed in the electrical panel or with the remote control system.
