Equipment and solutions

Equipments

Bacchus analyzer:

It considers the entire light spectrum and analyzes 120 samples per hour, each with up to 30 analyzes or more, if required. This equipment is the most modern and the pioneer among IRTF (Infrared Fourier Transform) equipment on the market. It was developed exclusively for the Wine Industry and not adapted to it. It has presented constant evolutions over time, the product of a strong and consistent R + D + I strategy carried out by its manufacturer, which makes it an avant-garde system in providing solutions.

IT IS THE ONLY ONE IN ITS CLASS THAT HAS NO MATRIX EFFECT in the analysis and allows significant cost savings.

Miura Multiparameter Analyzer:

A robust instrument that takes up little space. It measures more than 30 parameters, it is agile and precise in all the various measurements. In Miura Micro (NEW) Miura One and Miura 200 versions, depending on your requirements.

Alcoquick 4000:

Fast and accurate alcohol measuring equipment in wines of all kinds. It shows results between 45 seconds and a minute and a half. It also provides the parameters of vDensity and Dry Extract in Wines.

ENO 20:

Free and Total SO2 meter, especially for small and medium-sized wineries. This analyzer is based on an iodometric titration of SO2 operating directly with the wine. It is an assessment where the equivalence point is determined through the measurement of an electric current generated by a reduction-oxidation (redox) reaction. For this reason, it is a method more sensitive to the change in concentration than in a colorimetric reaction, where the equivalence point is visualized by a color reaction perceived by the analyst's eye.

With ENO 20 the free SO2 and the Total SO2 are valued, by difference is the combined SO2, as a result of the importance that the analysis of these compounds is acquiring a new concept arises: the active SO2.

CrioSmart:

Tartaric Stability measuring equipment with Peltier technology. Faster and more detailed analysis. It only takes 45 minutes to perform the Saturation Temperature test. Allows you to zoom in to detail the tartaric stability of the wine in the face of changes in temperature that other analyzers do not show because they are not able to measure those changes.

Mostonet:

Patented filtration technology at less than 50 NTU. It can be associated with Bacchus and various analyzers (spectrophotometers, etc.). Ideal for vintage reception.

Global 240 Multi-parameter Analyzer:

An accuracy and highly agile system. Recommended for small and medium oenological laboratories, oriented towards productivity and savings, providing a high quality standard. "It is a fully automatic random access analyzer, with an attractive design."

Extraction of alcohol and volatile acidity:

In accordance with European regulations (J.O. L272 of 10/3/90) and O.I.V. Heavy-duty aluminum steam generator with built-in electric heating. Injection, by a metering pump, of the necessary water to the steam generator during the entire distillation period (without a reserve of boiling water). Automatic preheating of the steam generator and waiting for the next extraction. Steam bubbler in stainless steel with a complementary resistance allowing the distillation without increasing the initial volume of the sample. Safety system on arrival of cooling water in case of insufficient pressure. Automatic cooling water stop between each distillation. Digital display of the temperature of the cooling water at its inlet.

EXTRACTION TIME

- Volatile acidity:
20 ml of wine - 250 ml of minimum distillate: 6 min approx.

– Alcohol:
200 ml of wine - 200 ml of distillate: 5 min approx.

De Cooler

We present you DE-Cooler from TDI, the revolutionary cooler for distillation processes of liquids with a high alcohol content, without the need to use a water connection, since it is a closed cooling circuit. Offered in three sizes, it avoids the use and therefore the loss of water in the process, which helps protect the environment, according with the international objectives of water foodprint. It works perfectly associated with DE2000, ALCO 02 distillers and others on the market, such as ebulliometers, Rankine systems, etc. In addition, it does not lose alcohol in the first drops of distillation, because they are collected at low temperature. The system is also equipped with a digital thermostat that allows the temperature of the coolant to be permanently known.
